An annual check-up examination, wellness and parasite testing and vaccinations are very important to keeping
your pet healthy for as long as possible. Listed below are our yearly recommendations for your dog or cat's annual wellness
program:
Canine Annual Wellness:

Annual Health Maintenance Exam by one of our Veterinarians

Wellness Blood Testing

Heartworm Test (blood sample)

Intestinal Parasite Test (stool sample)

Rabies Vaccination

Distemper-Parvovirus Vaccination (DHPPV) (given every 2 years)

Leptospirosis Vaccination

Bordetella (kennel cough) Vaccination (if your dog will go to a boarding kennel or groomer)
Feline Annual Wellness:

Annual Health Maintenance Exam by one of our Veterinarians

Feline Distemper Vaccination (FVRCP) (given every 2 years)

We are happy to provide you with a complimentary Pet ID & Information Card after your pet's annual wellness exam and vaccines!
This card is a convenient way of verifying your pet's vaccine history and other important information. In addition, you can access this information online. You should receive your pet's ID card 3-4 weeks after your pet's annual wellness visit at our clinic.
